If you love our ZIMA products but live far far away, no need to worry! We are able to ship our items to almost anywhere in the world! We have gone to great lengths to source the best shippers in the business who will deliver your goods with the same high level of service that we provide for all of our customers from The Netherlands.

Please note: International charges are not inclusive of import duties and
taxes. It is the responsibility of the recipient of the goods to pay any fees
incurred. International shipping with ZIMA in 3 steps
To complete an international order with us just follow these three simple
steps:

  1. International Enquiry
    Prior to placing an order, please e-mail us the enquiry. In no time we’ll be contacting you with a quote for your delivery.
  2. Place order
    Once you’ve received the shipping quote back from us and you are happy to proceed, you can place your order online or over the phone. Payment can be made using debit/credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
  3. Collection, shipping and delivery
    We’ll keep you updated every step of the way. We will inform you as soon as your items have left our warehouse and provide you with any relevant
    tracking information. If you’re collecting the goods yourself or with a 3rd party, we’ll advise you as soon as the goods are ready for collection.
    In general, we are able to arrange for delivery of your items to your door at a time convenient to you. Due to health and safety legislation overseas we are often unable to provide delivery beyond the ‘kerbside’. We advise that you have someone handy to help you manoeuvre and assemble your items. Minimum order
    There is no minimum order for international shipments. The shipping charges are usually better value for money for larger orders. However, if you only need the single piece of furniture, that won’t be a problem.
    We have very competitive shipping rates for smaller pieces and accessories which are handled by our express couriers.
  4. Quality control of goods
    Prior to dispatch from The Netherlands, our dedicated team will ensure your items have been quality controlled. All of our shipments are fully insured for loss and damages. Please note if you are arranging your own shipping, we cannot accept responsibility for any damage to items once they have left our warehouse. We strongly suggest insurance is taken out with the shipping agents for all items on the delivery.
